Refund policy

תקנון ביטולים והחזרות

תקנון זה מפרט את תנאי הביטולים וההחזרות של המוצרים הנרכשו באתר שלנו, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן בישראל.

1. מדיניות החזרות:

מועד החזרה: ניתן להחזיר את המוצר תוך 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר.
מצב המוצר: המוצר חייב להיות במצב בו נשלח ללקוח, באריזתו המקורית ושלא נעשה בו כל שימוש נוסף.
החרגות: לא ניתן להחזיר פריטים שנפגמו או שונו לאחר הרכישה.

3. תהליך החזרה:

אנא שלחו לנו פנייה לביטול עסקה / החלפה/ זיכוי לכתובת הדוא"ל שלנו.
יש לציין פרטי הזמנה (שם, מספר הזמנה) ותיאור המוצר המוחזר.
ניתן להחזיר את המוצר בדואר (על חשבון הלקוח) או להביא אותו פיזית לחנות שלנו.

4. החזר כספי:

לאחר קבלת המוצר במצב תקין, יבוצע החזר כספי.
ההחזר יתבצע באותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה, אלא אם סוכם אחרת.

5. החלפה במוצר אחר:

אם תרצו להחליף מוצר, יש לציין זאת בהודעת החזרה. ניתן להחליף מוצר באותו ערך או להוסיף תשלום עבור מוצר יקר יותר.
תהליך ההחלפה יבוצע לאחר קבלת המוצר המוחזר במצב תקין.

6. זיכוי:

במקרה של זיכוי, ניתן לקבל זיכוי כספי או זיכוי לקנייה עתידית באתר, בהתאם לבחירת הלקוח.
הוצאת הזיכוי תבוצע לאחר קבלת המוצר המוחזר במצב תקין.

7. הוצאות משלוח:

הוצאות המשלוח בגין החזרת המוצר יחולו על הלקוח, אלא אם מדובר במוצר שגוי.

8. פריטים שאינם ניתנים להחזרה:

פריטים שנעשה בהם שימוש.
פריטים שלא יוחזרו באריזתם המקורית.

9. יצירת קשר:

לכל שאלה או הבהרה, ניתן לפנות לשירות הלקוחות שלנו בדוא"ל.

10. עדכון תקנון:

אנו שומרים על זכותנו לעדכן את התקנון בהתאם לשינויים בחוק או במדיניות העסקית שלנו.

Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms of returns and cancellations for products purchased on our website, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

1. Return Policy:

Return Period: You may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Condition of the Product: The product must be in the condition it was sent to the customer, in its original packaging, and must not have been used.
Exceptions: Items that have been damaged or altered after purchase cannot be returned.

2. Return Process:

Please send us a request for cancellation of the transaction / exchange / credit to our email address.
You must include order details (name, order number) and a description of the returned product.
The product can be returned by mail (at the customer's expense) or brought physically to our store.

3. Refund:

After receiving the product in good condition, a refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exchange for Another Product:

If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate this in your return request. You can exchange for a product of equal value or pay the difference for a more expensive product.
The exchange process will take place after the returned product is received in good condition.

5. Credit:

In cases of credit, you may receive a cash refund or store credit for future purchases, according to the customer's preference.
The issuance of credit will occur after the returned product is received in good condition.

6. Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless it is a defective product.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Items that have been used.
Items that are not returned in their original packaging.
